Location of the temple is ideal right next to the Sri Arunachaleswaran temple. The hotel is located within walkable distance to most places of interest The drawback was the road access to the hotel which was very challenging given small roads and read works. Definitely would have helped if hotel had highlighted this. Amazing staff though!

Pls do not book this hotel for next 2 to 3 months. There is NO way you can reach this hotel by car. One road entire stretch is opened for some drainage work.You cannot even walk. The other side of the approach is through the main road,where you WILL NEVER BE ALLOWED without paying parking fees of rs.50 EVERYTIME. Hotel does not come to your rescue. Even if you beg,request,the unruly staff DO NOT EVEN bother to listen or allow you. You lose your peace of mind.Its NOT WALKABLE from main road too. So DO NOT book this hotel

Disappointing service and non transparent hotel staff

The hotel was called at 15:00 and we check for available rooms, the receptionist confirmed that rooms were available and did not take a reservation request on the phone. Upon reaching the hotel at 20:00 we were informed no rooms were available despite the assurance we were given in the afternoon. Make my trip room option was open for this hotel so the room was booked online. We were denied the room citing lack of availability and no one was interested to initiate a discussion. Basic hospitality courtesy missing and rude behaviour of the staff as were were accused of booking a room despite their denial. When questioned as to why they kept make my trip option open , no answered were provided. Please deal with this unprofessional hotel at your risk.

We friends stayed in this hotel for visiting temple and marriage reception. The property is clean and good view rooms. We stayed in studio type room, a compact one. Clean bathroom and 24 Hr hot water available. We had coffee only so no idea about restaurant food quality. The check in is smooth. Good caring staff.

We stayed at Sri Servesha JS Palace in Thiruvannamali on 15 and 16th February nights during our trip to Arunachaleswara Temple. The hotel is very close to Temple, just about 50 Meters and very convenient to have darshan of Arunachaleswar. We visited as a family group and pre booked 3 Studio Rooms. The rooms are big enough for two people with comfortable double bed, very clean bed sheets and towels. The attached bath room large and very clean and required toiletries were provided as well as continuous hot water supply. Eclectic kettle with sufficient items were provided in the room for making coffee and tea. staff are good and helpful but not very professional. The attached Swatwik, vegetarian restaurant is average. We had breakfast and dinner at Hotel Arpana which is very good. The hotel is quite good for short stays and very convenient being very near to Temple and market area .
